All employees, agents, and contractors of Happy Noble Homes must:

5. Work Ethics & Attendance

- Work hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

- Employees are expected to be punctual and maintain consistent attendance.

- Absences must be communicated to supervisors with valid reasons.

- Repeated tardiness or absenteeism may lead to disciplinary action.

6. Dress Code

- Employees are expected to dress professionally, especially when interacting with clients or representing the company at external functions.

- Safety gear must be worn at construction sites as required.

7. Communication Policy

- Internal communication should be clear, respectful, and professional.

- All external communication (media, clients, partners) must go through authorized channels.

- Misrepresentation of the company or misinformation is strictly prohibited.

8. Anti-Discrimination and Harassment

- The company provides a work environment free from discrimination, harassment, or bullying.

- Discriminatory behavior based on race, religion, gender, disability, or ethnicity will not be tolerated.

- Reports of harassment will be taken seriously and investigated promptly.
